RV Break Down Checklist

1. Secure breakables, chairs, and anything that may rumble on the road

2. Sweep inside and get everything required out

3. Sweep outside rug and put away

4. Put away any outdoor comfort items (canopy, picnic table covers, etc.)

5. Sweep off slide covers

6. Empty black tank

7. Flush black tank 2-3 times

   1. Make sure some water is left in black tank after final flush

   2. Add black tank chemicals through toilet

8. Empty both gray tanks

9. Disconnect sewage hoses, spray down them with black tank hose, and put away

10. Retract back legs

11. Extend/retract for truck

12. Unplug power

    1. Ensure breakers are off

13. Line up truck & b ackup until hitch arm closes

14. Lock in hitch pin

15. Plug in camper to truck

16. Lock in safety break

17. Retract front jacks

18. Ensure truck is in towing mode
